If we approve your return, we still reserve the right to reject the returned item(s) that arrive showing signs of wear/tear, damage, alterations or with tags detached.

How do I return my item?
- Please send us an email with your order number and shipping zip code to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines to return your item
What items are returnable?
All items, except for clearance and sale items are eligible for return when meeting the following conditions:
- Within 7 days from the date of delivery
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
The item I received is damaged.
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 48 hours days of the delivery date.
Can the clothes be exchanged for a different size?
At this time, we do not accept exchanges for a different size, due to limited quantity inventory as our boutique doesn't mass produce. All exchanges are made in the form of store credit.
What are the refund options?
We do not offer refunds, only store credit.
How do I ship back the items?
