What Is The Return Policy?
Refunds are made in the form of store credit. To request a return for a store credit, send us an email at mohbcoutureboutique
All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, or free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells, including deodorant/perfume and the original tags must still be attached. Store credit will be issued in a gift card form, excluding the warranty fee if purchased and the shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned.

What are the measurements for this item? Is this true to size?
Please be aware that our items generally fit true to size, but this may vary depending on the fabric used. To get accurate measurements, please refer to our size chart, which can be found HERE - Include full size charts. Additionally, you can find more detailed information about the fabric used in each item by checking out the description section.

Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days via USPS First Class Package - $9.99
- Priority Shipping: 2-5 business days via USPS Priority, based on location - $14.99

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please check back later, for any updates.
Can I change the size/address on my order?
We strive to provide our customers with the best possible service by dispatching orders quickly. If you have not received a shipping confirmation yet, please reach out to us via email or phone/WhatsApp at 240-704-5451. In your initial message, kindly explain if you wish to change your address or item. We will require some security information and the new address from you, and we will try our best to make the amendments before dispatch. However, please note that we may miss your request before dispatch, and we cannot guarantee the changes.
If your parcel has already been dispatched, you may contact the courier to see if they can assist. Please be aware that this could result in a delivery delay of up to 72 hours, and there is no guarantee that the courier will be able to edit your address.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are processed and shipped/available for pick up within 1-3 business days.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO CHOOSE?
To choose the correct size for you, please measure your body before placing your order. Then choose the corresponding size in our Size Chart.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes, we do custom-made clothing. Check out our atelier site Moh B. Couture. However, all clothing sold in our boutique are ready-made ONLY. Alteration services for your purchased RTW items are available, for an additional fee.
